Loyalty Rewards Change

We have always had a loyalty reward system in place for our regular clients to say thank you for using our services.

This has always been stamps on the back of our business cards, which often meant people losing them or forgetting to bring them in. With the implementation of our new software we are now able to track these points in a much better way.

We will no longer be using business cards to track our loyalty system.

All records will now be maintained on our computer system and we can inform you once you have enough points available to be redeemed. Points are earned from any of our full priced services - baths (excludes our express wash on Saturday's), Tidy Ups and Full Body Clips for dogs and cats.
Points will be able to be redeemed for a $ amount that can be used towards a purchase of any products in the store.  

Any stamps on a current card that haven’t been redeemed will be credited onto your account and we will give you one of our new business cards (which we think look fantastic!).
